M. 23 Aug 1942, Joyce Luella Lawrence b. 20 Jul 1921 ... "Larry" received his AB degree in 1941 from Allegheny College. By 1944 he had received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University. He began his career as Advisory Scientist, polymer chemistry, at Westinghouse R & D Center in Pittsburgh, PA in 1946. Larry retired from this position in 1983. [S8] Linked Document, 30 Oct 1939.
